Jodie McGill

Jodie Haferbier McGill is the founder and managing attorney of McGill Law. Over her nearly twenty years of practicing, Jodie has become highly skilled and successful working with families who own businesses or have more complex estates.  Since 2013, she has helped numerous families in Nebraska and Iowa reach an amicable, swift, and peaceful resolution utilizing collaborative divorce. She is passionate about helping families transition through the divorce process using the collaborative ideals.  McGill Law currently has offices in Omaha, Bellevue, and Lincoln.
