Brad Marsicek is a Partner at Goosmann Law Firm with a distinguished and diverse background of transactional and litigation legal experience with over 10 years as a Nebraska and Iowa divorce and child custody litigation attorney.  Brad’s legal experience also includes appellate work, general civil litigation, real estate, insurance law, and alternative-dispute resolution/mediation.  Brad became a mediator in 2022 and started collaborative divorce practice in 2024.

Brad brings honest advice and a straightforward approach to each case.  Brad’s philosophy in divorce cases is that many people could find better outcomes in their divorce if they could put their differences aside and work together outside of Court with the necessary professionals to reach a final agreement in their divorce.

Prior to joining Goosmann Law Firm, Brad was the lead litigator for a national-based law firm, and he has handled hundreds of contested divorce and custody cases across Nebraska and Iowa.  Having seen the impact that the divorce process has on many people, Brad hopes to use this experience to help guide those clients looking for a better way to end their marriage collaboratively as opposed to a traditional adversarial contested divorce.
